The book group in which we read novels, poetry and general non-fiction written by RHUL School of Humanities academic staff.
Open to all staff and students.
On Thursday 27 May 5–6pm (MS Teams) we will be chatting with Professor Ben Markovits about his work, and particularly about his novel A Weekend in New York. This is a very engaging and perceptive read which zips along and draws you in. In the words of the New York Times, 'Markovits' writing makes the ordinary unforgettable'. Do come along whether you'll have read the book or not. Those of us who'd like to discuss the book like a regular book group will stay on after 6pm.
There is no need to book. Click here to join the meeting on MS Teams. If you have any questions, drop email Kate.Ferry-Swainson2018@live.rhul.ac.uk.
Brought to you by the RHUL School of Humanities PGR Sharing Spaces team.
