Our Wellbeing team is here to support you with all aspects of your mental health and wellbeing. You have access to an NHS-run on-campus medical health centre, counsellors who run workshops and individual sessions, wellbeing advisers and multi-faith chaplaincy.

We are a multi-faith community and we aim to support you in your personal faith and spiritual journey, whatever your beliefs or circumstances.

You can access help through the Centre for the Development of Academic Skills (CeDAs) which runs workshops, 1:1 advice and drop-in sessions to help boost your academic and study skills.

A personal tutor is an academic member of staff from your department, who is a designated friendly face and line of support. They are there as a point of contact to help you settle into academic life, make sure you are coping with university life, and signpost you to other university services if and when needed.

Peer Guides are current students (in the same School as you) and are another great source of information. They will be able to provide you with practical guidance and helpful resources.

The Students' Union is dedicated to representing your views as a student so that you enjoy your time studying at Royal Holloway. There are loads of different ways you can get involved on campus, with over 100 clubs and societies to choose from to make friends and enjoy what you love to do.

There are also opportunities to become an academic rep to influence changes on your course, participate in our Union Workshops, and have a say on the services we deliver.
